Are you open to permanent roles?
Yes — primarily looking at Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, or VP Engineering roles at product companies or scale-ups. Open to consulting engagements for the right projects.
What industries do you prefer?
Strong background in automotive, retail, and finance — but I'm sector-agnostic. The interesting problems are usually in the platform and people layer, not the industry itself.
Can you work outside Sweden?
Yes — Swedish citizen with full EU work rights. Open to relocating to Copenhagen, Stockholm, or other European cities for the right opportunity. Also comfortable fully remote.
Do you do speaking or writing?
Yes — I've published 135+ articles and participate in the Global AI Community in Malmö. Open to conference talks, podcast appearances, and panel discussions on AI engineering, frontend architecture, and engineering leadership.
