That's the system I spend most of my energy building: not just the platform, but the organisation around it. The people, the clarity, and the culture that lets great engineers do their best work.
Polestar - Global EV E-Commerce Platform
Led 3–4 engineering squads with full budget accountability for tooling, infrastructure, and vendor contracts. Defined MACH micro-frontend architecture on AWS, governed cross-squad technical standards via ADRs, and partnered with C-level stakeholders on multi-market platform investment decisions. Delivered the vehicle configurator, pre-owned car modules, and a first-of-its-kind tabletop configurator bridging digital and physical retail across 15+ markets.
AI-Native Engineering Programme
Designed and led an organisation-wide AI transformation programme - role-specific upskilling tracks, an in-house RAG-powered migration assistant, and a governance framework adopted as a reference model across Publicis Sapient Nordics. Raised Nordics client NPS by ~20% over the same period. Grew 3 engineers to Lead through AI engineering as a promotion criterion.
Tesco - International Grocery Platform
Managed 8 senior engineers delivering Checkout, PLP, PDP, OMS and User Management across 8+ countries using a country-X model. Built a custom SASS multi-theming framework for rapid localisation. Won Retail Systems International Retailer of the Year 2012–13.
